Desert Imaging

The facility was filthy. They had to inject my daughter with dye before her exam and they pulled the materials from a waste basket. The staff was unprofessional.

This experience disgusted me. The office was visibly dirty and old, there were spots on the floor, dirt and dead bugs on the waiting room benches, and trash in the window sills. Ew. Medical facilities SHOULD NOT BE GROSS.

I was here for an anatomical mid pregnancy ultrasound, and was asked to show up with a full bladder (which is absurd at this stage in pregnancy, but whatever), and sat with my husband and my toddler for an HOUR. I finally lost my patience and emptied my bladder because I was seconds from wetting myself having waited so damned long to be seen.

I finally get into the room, and the tech is rude as hell, gets snotty that my bladder is empty (which apparently inconveniences her somehow), JAMS the ultrasound transducer into my pelvis hard enough to make me tear up, leaves the room after dumping an ungodly amount of ultrasound goo all over me to go chat with her manager. She printed us a couple shitty, grainy, barely discernible images. I left here in tears.

Unbelievably, disappointing service at the Eastside location! They really need to hire people that know what information they are giving patients. I called twice to confirm the latest walk-in that would be admitted and both times I was told 6:30. My husband made arrangements to get out of work early as we were both excited to find out the gender of our baby. When I arrived at 6:00pm the receptionist advised me that they could no longer see me because the rooms had been closed. I had also called earlier that day, at 4:15, trying to make an appointment and I was told, by a very rude scheduling receptionist, that the latest scheduled appt. was at 4:30. I asked about walking in and she told me 4:30 was the latest. The receptionists need to get their acts together!!!
