Dedicated Transportation Services

First off, this company are a bunch of thieves! I was towed out of a parking lot in Garden Grove a couple months back and found out it was done so ILLEGALLY! I talked to the security guard who supposedly called dedicated transportation services and he swore to me he never called! In fact he told me he was questioned by the Garden Grove Police department because evidently there were several cars towed there. He told the police that he was never present nor did he sign any paperwork. The security told me he did call them several times in the past and he stopped calling them because a lot of the drivers were shady and he didn't feel comfortable dealing with them. Security told me they must of used some of his old authorizations from cars that got canceled or that they forged his signature. So after finding out this information I filled a police report and I have contacted an attorney. Anyone who has felt they were towed illegally by this company probably WAS towed ILLEGALLY! I am writing this review because I found this information out recently and I want to warn the general public about them. I wish I had money to hire a private investigator to shut this place down! PLEASE BEWARE OF DEDICATED TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. Their trucks say DTS! Also, when I went to pick up my car I couldn't even find the place! After driving back and forth on Harbor I finally caught my eye on their sign. It's behind a used car dealership!! Who's bright idea was it to put a business behind a used car dealership? This company is shady and crooked as it gets!!!

My parking company is always looking for tow companies that can make it in a short period of time to remove illegally parked vehicles. Usually tow companies arrive in a short period of time when they first start and then it gets worse and worse this has been my expierience with all the other local tow companies now that I am using DTS I am happy.
