        Got a call from APE saying I owed a loan that was not mine. They threatened to sue me and I finally gave in and gave them my ATM card number..... to date they have taken 3 and 4 payments per month out of my account. This is definitely a SCAM..... don't know who uses the $$$.... no worries tho, they won't get another dime..... changed my debit card and will NOT give it to them. Still don't know if they got the whole amount owed to them or not, but I dare them to try to sue me!!!!!

        The Law Offices of Barry Jorgensen were professional and fast in their efforts to bring my collection matter to a close. I had a debtor who avoided paying their debt obligations for nearly five years, however the skilled legal team there worked effectively to focus on the facts of the debt and in less than 10 days recovered 100% of the $71,000 debt obligation.         The Law Offices of Barry Jorgensen were fantastic in their efforts to bring our collection to a close.
