Excellent stay. nice clean room

I just called to see if they had any rooms available for the first OU game of the season. I had already had the website pulled up and inquired about room availability. The voice on the other end was not pleasant at all! She checked for room and told me she had one. When I inquired about the price she acted like it was a problem for me to ask that type of question. Then my next question was how can you make a reservation by credit card if you can't reserve online and before I could even finish my sentence she forcefully told me, "WE DON'T DO ANY DISCOUNTS ON OU GAMEDAYS!!!" I then finished my question and she said rudefully, "You have to come in to reserve the room!" Ok I got you. Here is my advice for the lady that answered the phone. You charge $90 for a room and that's ok. I can tell by your facility photos that it's not 5 star and that's ok too. Customer service is obviously not your strong suit. If it is so much of a bother to answer the phone, or answer questions of potential customers then maybe you should find another "non-service oriented" profession. I would rather spend $10-50 more to stay in a name brand hotel with finer accommodations a more pleasant staff rather than listen to you verbally insinuate that I am a bother!
