I would not recommend this company to hammer a nail in. First they never called me to tell me they were coming to start the roof. I have two dogs and a pregnant wife on bed rest, and I was out of town for business. So if they would have called to tell me they were coming I would not have gone out of town. It took about 10 phone calls to the owner to finally get a call back. Then they put a dumpster right in the drive where no one could get out of the driveway. So that took another 10/15 calls to the owner to get a call back so I can tell him to more the dumpster. Then they did a little damage on the gutter and the owner said it was an issue with the way it was installed (install with the house about 8yrs ago), but he agreed to have it repaired. Well about 4 weeks go by and numerous phone calls I had to get the gutter repaired myself. I spent about 15mins on the phone with the owner arguing and he stated that I never called when I have left voicemails at their Greenville and Spartanburg offices over the past three weeks (never a call back or even a person to answer the phone). I would not use them because they never call or answer their phones and they have very poor customer service!!!
