These guys have committed themselves to run their business differently than other RV dealers. No deceptive high pressure sales tactics. Just good customer service even after the sale or service. I will not deal with anyone else.

One wonderful dealership from the owner Dennis, the salesman Brian,Mike in service and last but NOT least CHRIS! We purchased a Montana 3701LX 5th wheel. Brian found us the best turned us over to Rhee who helped us the rest of the way (always smiling). When we were finished we were turned over to Chris who showed and demonstrated each an every function the coach. He went over valuable items more than once. We left the dealership with a full understanding of the operation. My husband and I highly recommend Dads Camper Outlet, over any large “chain” dealership ie camping world. We spent 3 years searching for the right RV, the right people and the right service department. Our search ended with Dads Camper Outlet.

Let them know what your looking for and your budget they are willing to work with you and if they can't they will look for you. I just bought my 5th wheel there today one I never thought I could buy with the money I had and they worked with me. Went to Dad's Camper and have to recommend this place to anyone in the Mississippi/New Orleans area. My story was I went to them a couple months ago "just looking". Told them this and was greeted by Brian who was extremely friendly and showed me and my buddies trailers with no pressure. I was planning on getting one but it wasn't going to be until September timeframe. Anyways, Brian answered all my questions and was very pleased with the customer service I received from them. Left there and went to Paw Paws (just up the street from them) and was very unimpressed with them as soon as I got there. Service wasn't what I expected and left within 10 minutes. A couple months later I was ready to buy and drove an hour out of my way back to them. I was once again greeted by Brian (he actually remembered me) and unfortunately he was busy helping another customer so he asked if I minded me being helped by a gentleman named Ray. Ray help me out, answered all my questions and I bought a 2016 travel trailer from them that day. I left it there cause my apartment lease wasn't over until the 1st of October 2015. Today is 26 September and I picked it up. Both Brian and Ray greeted me and showed me my trailer (all clean and ready for my inspection). They passed me over to Chris who gave me the tour from top to bottom and answered all my questions on what to do and how to set things up. Throughout the day all at separate times, Brian, Ray and Chris gave me their business card and reassured me to call them if I had any issues or questions. I'm very big when it comes to customer service. This is my first travel trailer and of course I ask tons of questions and all three of them made me feel very comfortable before I left. When it comes to honesty and great service Dad's Camper is the place to go. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants no BS and wants to buy an RV/trailer. Thank you Brian, Ray and Chris. Your knowledge and friendly service made my buying comforting on my part.
