Custom Built Computers

Took laptop in, decided not to have it repaired. My 2 2gb memory sticks were missing (Bill did replace them after I went back in there) and he also swapped my 250gb hard drive with someone else's smaller hard drive (other hard drive had other people's personal, private information on it). I do not appreciate having my property stolen or my personal information being given out to someone else.
