Overall

VERY POOR SERVICE!

Summary of cleaning issues over the last 30 days.

1.) Paper towel dispensers not being refilled

2.) Toilets at times have rings and under the rim is dirty

3.) Shredder isn't emptied in a timely manner (there are times we can't shred because it is full)

4.) Cobwebs in the windows

5.) the furniture left up on the exam tables

6.) leaves cleaning items behind

7.) Bags of trash left behind

8.) Dirty spots left on the floor
