Maintenance Agreement Services We will offer these standard services when performing the scheduled maintenance on your equipment. Most maintenance schedules will include two visits to your home. One in the spring, to check your Air Conditioning equipment, and one in the fall to check your Heating equipment. We also can offer a discount on their services for customers with maintenance agreements. This is addition to the maintenance checks. Another advantage is that when your equipment does fail for whatever reason most companies put their maintenance agreement customers at the top of the list for repairs. After all you are considered a regular customer because you have the maintenance agreement and we want to keep you as a regular customer. On the hottest or coldest day of the year, if your equipment breaks down and our phones are ringing off the hook with requests for service, your name will go to the top of the list above the customers who do not have a maintenance agreement.
