Connex Environmental Pest Control

Connex Environmental did a bad job on my apartment. I had a bed bug problem. They did a cursory job on the inspection. They looked only in the bedroom and barely looked at the living room. As a result, they sprayed mostly in the bedroom and barely touched the living room. They gave atrocious advice to my wife and I. We decided to sleep in the living room since we knew that the bedroom was infested. They told us we should do that. We relied on their expert advice. We made the change and we found that the bugs bit my wife even more. My wife found five adult bugs after they sprayed. We later learned that it doesn't matter where you sleep since the bugs seek out the carbon dioxide that you generate. When we called Connex about our problems, the guy who picked up the phone had a rather arrogant attitude and told us that we could call him back for another spraying. Basically, we spent over $300 for nothing.

I had a bed bug problem and these guys work extremely hard and now the problem is gone. There are very proffessional and are always on time. They make no mess I love the way they work they were great.

They came right away. They were very good, explained everything to me. Great Work. I got to say they really did had good results.

I had an issue over the thanksgiving holiday and these guys went out of there way to come see me. Not many exterminators cared or even called me back over the holiday. The were very professional and saved the day. I can sleep comfortably again. They Made me feel better about my situation and i am great full. They were worth the money.
