Computer Fix

John did a great job getting my worn and used laptop back into running order. Will definitely utilize his services with my daughters computer next.

I was unable to run the CHKDSK Utility in Win7 Professional. I had previously contacted bothe the manufacture, lenovo, and MicroSoft Tech Support. The weren't able to resolve. MicroSoft Tech Support applied a "patch" that was resolve the issue with disasterious results. I contacted John on Satuday 14 July 2012, he arrived at my location in about an hour. He discussed the problem with me and took the laptop to his shop for further testing. John contacted my on Sunday 15 July 2012 and stated that he believed he resolved the issue. John requested to keep the laptop another day for additonal testing, I agreeded. On Monday 17 July 2012, John returned the laptop .

John's pricing was reasonable for the amount of work that was involved. I will certainly utilize his services in the future.

John did an awesome job in getting my laptop back up and running. I was at my wit's end trying to find an honest and reasonable person to repair my laptop. So glad that I found John!

John has handled two of my laptops' issues within a six month period. Both times he was:

1] in constant contact

2] informed me of cost differences for parts

3] recommended upgrades

John's services are a fraction of retailer and specialist costs.

Anything upgraded/removed was returned to me, hard drive backup was in my hands upon delivery, and all of it was topped off with a comment to call if I have ANY discrepencies with his sevices or new issues.

I recommend John to friends and family all the time!

John did a fantastic job - I thought I had lost everything on my external hard drive - and he was able to recover it!! The price was great - and the service fantastic - if I ever have issues with my computer again (which I hope I don't!) I will know to call John for the fix!

Known John for quite a while. Had him retrieve some info from a busted hard drive, he completed the job overnight and had my lost info back to me. Also he repairs a power jack on my old laptop. The job was done quickly and looked as though it was new. I would definitely recommend him!

I experienced multiple viruses and as my computer was cover by warranty, I initally took it to best buys where it was purchased 8 months ago, along with there very expensive and apparently incompetent anti-virus software.

I waited in the line for service tech eventually they plug it in to a scan and an hour passed (they said 10 minutes) and the results were inconclusive.I was told 200 dollars for virus removal and another 139 for back up,thats with the warrantee.Well,I decided to try a private computer repair service, and happened upon John.He was at my house within 2 hours,explained in detail what was happening,took my unit and by morning he stated was almost done, but being the perfectionist that he is he wanted to add more features to the repair,such as anti virus and office 2007.He was fair,resonably priced and within 24 hour returned to me.He sat with me for over an hour explaining what he had done and what I can do to avoid this issue again.He is the eppitomy of professionalism,and I am very greatful for the service he provided.

I called John on a Sunday afternoon. In addition to coming out to my home 2 hours after I called him, he loaned me a computer while he was fixing mine.
