Poor Quality; Poor Service

When John initially contacted us he was very friendly and interested in doing a good job. He cleaned the carpets of our business and charged the going rate to do so. Within a couple of weeks or so, the traffic areas looked worse than they did prior to the cleaning. I called John and he came out and cleaned them again, stating that he put too much shampoo on the carpet and it was attracting dirt. He explained that it would need a couple more follow up cleanings before the problem would be completely solved. He did a dry cleaning of it and it came out really well. When he left he reminded me that it would take more dry cleanings before it would be remedied. A couple of weeks later, with the traffic patterns looking awful again, I called and scheduled the next cleaning. John didn't show up and he didn't call. I called him and he apologized and said he would reschedule us. I've left two or three messages with him over the past few weeks and have not gotten a return call. So now our carpets look worse than they did before he cleaned them and we'll likely have to pay double what we should have to get the job done correctly.
