These people are crooks! When i called this place to inquire about thier rates the lady on the phone told me that they have a program that works somewhat like a/c and heating insurance. You pay 95 dollars and they will come out in the spring and fall and clean your system to insure it is running as efficiently as possible, and if you have any problems with your system then they will come out and fix it and all you have to pay for is the parts it takes... so i thought great deal!!! not so much...



So we sched the man to come out and fix my system. First off the only "cleaning" of my system that was done was the repair man sprayed some kind of cleaning agent on the outside of my ac unit and the fan and washed it off. It was really hot that day and the repair man wanted to come back the next morning to find the problem. He had no reguard for the fact that i had called him to fix my unit and that while he would have been hot in the attic for a few minutes i was going to have to go another whole day in aug heat with no air all night. Needless to say he came back the next morning and It turned out that the compasitor for the blower was bad.



At first he gave me a payment write up over 300 dollars! He tried to charge me for a service call, the contract, the cleaning, the parts, and an hourly rate! I told him what the lady on the phone had told me about how there service works and he rewrote the ticket charging me 95 dollars for the contract and 75 dollars for the compacitor...



Later that day i started thinking about the price of the compacitor so i called trane which is a local ac parts place and they had it for 4 dollars!!! I called complete air back up and asked to speak to the owner. I told him the story and he said that 75 dollars was the standard price and included instalation and that they can't come put it in for free. So we went back and forth about how marking a part up 700 percent from actual cost to cover instalation is false advertisment through hidden fees they say "are free".



Finally I told the gentleman, and i use that term loosly; that if he wasn't willing to work with me that i was going to leave a negative write up about his business and have his company black listed by FT. Gordon's JAG officer for baiting and false advertisment. He told me to come up to thier building and he would refund my money if i brought the part back. He said that he was a precher and would never rip any one off.



I went up there 5 times and was told by his secretary that he was out and he NEVER returned my phone calls or gave me a refund.
