This man who works/ owns this company uses horrible bully tactics and thinks that he is the only one that knows anything. Unwilling to listen to anyones view. Fails to believe that there could have ever have been a mistake on anyone elses behave but yours even when you have the proof to back it up. This is not the way to treat the ones who have tried to pay their dues and get to the bottom of the problem for years to just be pushed off until it comes time for them to want some money of their own. Multple calls to each of these people did nothing to resolve this issue and his first response is he is he going to sue you for your property. This man is a horrible man who needs lessons ono how to deal with people. This company I would same is a terrible managment company. That is why so many people just say to hell with condo investments and abandon them to leave them empty. Which we could have done but choose not to. We have tried and kept record of the numeroous calls to the lawyers and previous management company where the money we sent in was not all credited to our account and sent in to our homeowners so as to show our balance aas being in the red. How long do you have to go to take care of this when you are fighting against lawyers and a mnagement company. Thank god the previous companys are now ready to help us get this starightened out after years of attempts. Because they also know of this companys reputation and hate to see how he runs it. They gave up the property on their own they were not let go so they did not leave on bad blood and begged the association not to use him. May I say more.
