Never would respond

I bought a coupon on living social and tried for months to get through to them...left messages and never got one response from them. I wasted my money because now its expired. I wouldn't waste my time with these people...I wouldn't even give them a one star rating!

Clean Impressions left a bad i...

Clean Impressions left a bad impression on me. I purchased a Groupon for two cleaning sessions to try this company out. The biggest problem I had is that they were not reliable. I had to leave multiple messages over 5-7 days before getting a return call anytime I tried to contact them. They failed to show up for the first scheduled cleaning and didn’t return my calls for a week. The second appointment wasn’t much better. It took over a month to get and appointment, and then they rescheduled it at the last minute TWO TIMES! By the time they finally came it was two months after my initial call for an appointment. They showed up 20 minutes late and left ten minutes early. As for the cleaning, they did a mediocre job. The floor was vacuumed, but there was still a lot of dirt and debris left behind. Two of the three toilets still had dirty bowls. They dusted carelessly, leaving edges and corners still full of dust. There was still food from breakfast under my son’s highchair and hair on the bathroom floor. They wiped the counters and table lightly, but didn’t take the time to really clean them. I would have been better off doing the job myself as I have to go back and do much of it again anyway. I would not use this company again.

I just ran across this. my appologies for not seeing this and responding sooner. We are just a small family owned business. We are not a franchise company that has a pool of people to choose from to send out to homes. We select our staff very carefully. With saying that, we have had an overwhelming response to the Groupon promotion, so I do apologise that you ran into a scheduling conflict. Again, we are a small company with a small staff of people. And we stay full. As far as the cleaning job, I do wish I had heard from you at the time. I would of sent them back or came myself to do the job the correct way. What you described does not reflect our cleaning standard, and would have loved the chance to fix that.
