Clausen Company Appliance Repair

I trusted the reviews and called Clausen when the hinge to the door of our front loader washer snapped. They came out the same day and fixed it, then ran a test load to be sure the door didn't leak, and now it closes better than it did when it was new. Their card is now on the fridge. :)

I called Clausen’s on a whim and I’m glad I did. He came out the very same day to look at my Whirlpool Duet dryer. He was very knowledgable and explained exactly what was wrong. After learning that the “computer” was going bad, I decided not to replace the part based on the age of the dryer. But, since I needed a dryer, Clausen offered to sell me a newer refurbished one for the same price as the computer part. They delivered it two days later and they even took the old one away! Would definitely call them again for any appliance repair! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My refrigerator was just two years old and stopped running, and I wasn't sure who to call since I've never had an appliance break like this before. I looked on this app and found Clausen. He had a good review so I took a chance and couldn't have been happier...he was on time, neat and now my fridge works great! He even tried a few things with me on the phone to get it working...like an easy fix kind of thing...what a nice person!! I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Great guy! I explained the problems I was having and he told me what to do before we scheduled a service call to see if it were a simple fix. I'm glad I called him first and will again when I have a more serious issue. I highly recommend Clausens.
