Citizens Bank

I am extremely unhappy with Citizens Banking. Management will give you false banking terms and information; they will hold checks/withdraws, therefore putting you in the negative. You can check your account one day and be in the positive and the next day your in the negative with overdarfts from unseen holds. Of course, your account should be balanced, but not everyone is perfect and may forget to record a check/withdraw or made a mistake in their adding/substracting. Yes, this is our fault. Although, If this is the case, they are unwilling to admit the holds and its not a bank error when it is very obvious its not posted for you to see.

Example: 12pm, you check your account online....04/11 +$94.00

8am, you check your account online....04/12 -$10.00

3 items went through on 04/11, which did not show on your accout until the next morning. At this point you realized you forgot to record a transaction, but its to late. Citizens will deny any mistake/hold on their part. This is just one example of the problems with this business.

Overdrafts are banks ways of making $$$ BILLIONS $$$ of dollars off their costumers.

DO NOT BANK WITH CITIZENS!!!!
