CD by Luminescence provides service for the Tri-Cites area and Asheville, NC. The franchise was previously owned by Marcas & Phyllis Smith with their daughter, Jennifer Mowdy, operating and working the franchise since 2000. Jennifer purchsed the franchise from her parents in 2008 and changed the name to Christmas Decor by Luminescence, LLC. Customer service and complete customer satisfaction along with personal attention is our ultimate goal. Each client can expect top notch service, quality, and professionalism!
