I was looking at the website at http://www.cleananddry.biz/ advertising a "Carpet Cleaning-3 Areas only $89.95-up-to-400 sqft." that did not list any restrictions for the 400 sqft. area.

When I called for an appointment, the clerk set up an appointment without giving me a quote. When I inquired as to how much it would cost, I was quoted $84.95 and told that "the coupon" lists stairs are additional. I finally found a "val pack coupon" that does list that stairs are additional as well as that the company charges a 5% fuel charge which was not mentioned when I contacted the company.

I would suggest for the company to be more specific in all their ads and especially disclose all the charges upon booking an appointment.
