Its owner, Mr. Jim Buchholz, has been in this business for 50+ years, has and continues to develop dictation systems, and is also well known among the dictation equipment dealers all over the United States. Jim is known in our offices as the “Corporate Dad”, to all of “Our Family” at Central Voice. One of our assets is that Our CVI Family is considered to be the Best in the Business! Most everyone has been with us for a very long time, of which is a benefit to you, in that you will always see the same faces or speak to the same people. We develop relationships with our customers and pride ourselves in going that extra mile to meet the needs of our customers and to automate processes for their ease of use! We are a team of software developers and software programmers, where we customize software and products to meet the needs of our hospitals, law offices and business practitioners. We get to pick and choose the products that we carry, to ensure that our customers not only receive the best service, but the best products! Because of this, we not only service Florida and Georgia, but have many customers throughout the United States that we service remotely. Our corporate office is in Jacksonville, but we also have an office in Orlando, with sales reps in Daytona and Georgia as well.
