Central Kansas Plumbing

We had Andy come out a few times after we bought our new home. The first for a sewer line the second for a leak in our water line. He came out after trying to contact him for months and repaired one of two leaks the next day. He was gone before we got home to pay him. We called week after week about getting the main line replaced from the meter to the house and the response we received was, "next week," everytime. Now it has been upwards of six months and we have accumulated a $700 water bill, a large water filled hole in our yard that two people have fallen in, and still no word from Andy about a repair. Very unsatisfied with his service, or lack thereof, and his seeming inability to prioritize. Although, I will say, he is knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing when he actually comes out and works.

My water heater went out and I needed it to be replaced through my home warranty. The home warranty told me to call Central Kansas Plumbing. Andy was exceptionally helpful! He explained everything in regards to warranting out my old water heater and replacing it with a much much better one. Andy and his staff are the most professional individuals. Very prompt and courteous. Absolutely reasonably priced, actually, rather cheap considering their workmanship! I would highly recommended them.

After getting several other estimates I was in despair thinking I was not going to be able to get my basement bathroom done. Andy was referred to me by a friend. He was on time and very professional explained everything that needed to be done and even came back later that night to go over everything with my husband. I loved having Andy working in my house he was very respectful and didn't mind my kids help or should I say interference. He kind of became part of our family. I had a completed bathroom in my basement within a week under cost and a friend for life.
