        Website is deceiving..Mr. Carpenter's tour buses looks nothing like this. He is the rudest most hateful and negative man I have ever met. Will never go on another of his tours and will tell everyone I know how horrible Carolina Charters is. Hope this gets someone's attention. He needs to be put out of business. Hateful to everyone . Have never been on a tour that the kids did not just pick and go on with the bus driver. Well not Mr. Carlenter he is just horrible. Personality of a rock! So I sure hope this does some good. But I doubt it because Mr. Carpenter known as Stretch thinks he is always right and so haterful to everyone. Not a happy camper...Hope he has to close down. No one deserves to be treated like he treats them..Negative..Negative..Negative..Does not even rate ONE STAR!!!
