a deer ran out in front of my brand new car. it hit the front and the side. Carlson's was recommended by my insurance company and wrote up the damages. a deer can do a lot of damage. the car was fixed in a timely manor and when it was done, it was like it was brand new again. they even detailed the inside (I'm a bit messy). my experience with the office staff was very pleasant and Enterprise rental car is right next door, so very convenient to drop off/pick up.i highly recommend Carlson's.

Very unprofessional, lost my keys, overcharged, and physically threatened me after they realized I had a brain and figured out what they were doing. My car was totaled, and Carlsons was on call for the tow. I had no other option by the driver other than to take it to Carlsons. They nailed me with a high fee for a half mile tow, storage fees, etc. When I told them i was going to sell the car to someone else, they "lost the keys". Be careful for intimidation!

they repaired my car with expertise it looked like nothing ever happened to it--it came out perfect. the office staff was so helpful and i even enjoyed a few laughs with them while i waited for my rental car delivery.There is a beautiful chocolate lab in the office too-so the whole experience was a pleasant one. Kinda made me forget I had an accident in the 1st place. I recommend Carlson's if you need a shop.
