Canyon Chase Apartments

Before I signed a lease with this property, I researched the reviews. There were alot of negative comments about the rental staff. I brought this up during my appointment and they assured me it was just renters who did not pay rent or made a late payment. THAT WAS LIE NUMBER 1! The apartments here are actually nice if you get the upgrade with new appliances, however the problem lies in the staff, as many others have posted. They are very nice and friendly in the beginning to get you to sign on to a lease, but once you’re in a contract with them, you will find that the friendly service stops there. They lie about the water, please make sure you get any water, and rent raise policies in writing, and go over them to make sure they are consistent with what they’ve verbally discussed with you. When my lease ended I decided to move closer to my daughter’s high school. At which point they decided to claw me in the back on my way out. They have no consideration for the tenant once your moved in, they are rude, and they nickel and dime you to DEATH! I would not recommend this property, I have never felt as unappreciated as a tenant who always pays her rent on time, and even though they lied about hidden fees, and date of deadlines, I still played all fees, because I knew they can get very nasty if you ask for an explanation. I have since found a bigger apartment, with a much friendlier staff, who remain friendly still after 4 months of residency. I’m very glad I decided to leave Canyon Chase, I only wish I would have listened to the warning on the review site from actual tenants. I guess sometimes we just have to see for ourselves. They are unbending, unaccommodating, unfriendly, and inconsiderate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

They will tell you lie after lie after lie to get you to move into this horrible are where you have to deal with getting your car broken into, crazy neighbors, they NEVER SHOVEL THE WALKWAY i busted my but countless times. They promised us a bottom floor apartment at the time of signing the lease we get our keys and we are on the 2nd floor to an apartment that had been broken into 2 weeks prior and the door had to be replaced and living above a psycho who beat down our door with a meat tenderizer, it took 6 months to move her, i have had my car broken into 3 times over the summer my girlfriend had her car broken into twice and they told us that we have enemies that are out to get us !!!WHAT!!!! and now they wont let me out of my lease after they promised they would since i had to experience all of these issues. THEY ARE LIARS CHEATS,SCAM ARTISTS, and will tell you anything to get your money and get you on the lease only to let you suffer in a terrible area with poor management, thieves, and crazy neightbors. There is a gated community across the street that cost a littl bit more money and i have beat myself up for a whole year because i wanted to save 300$ !!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID SAVE YOUR SELF!!!!!!
