Call-A-Cab

They claim" timely pick-ups, prompt". RUBBISH! Used them 2x now and both times they were very late, once to catch a plane (45min late) and once an airport pickup (20min late on a cold night).

UNRELIABLE. DON'T USE THEM.

DONT CALL THEM. I called this company an hour before to pick me up to drive me to a train station 5 minutes from my location.. They came 30 minutes late and I missed my train. I had called them twice while I was waiting to inform them and all they said was he was on his way and that they couldn't do anything even if I missed my train

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They can't do the one thing they are supposed to do by providing you a taxi! Even if you schedule your taxi 24 hours in advance and to be at your house 15 minutes early, they still can't handle being there when you need them!



And even when they do show up, their drivers are unsafe and don't watch the road, smoke in the car and their cars are dirty and falling apart.

DRIVE DID NOT HAVE HACK LICENSE/NYS DRIVER LICENSE WHEN PULL OVER BY POLICE OFFICER

A driver (140) woke me from a dead sleep at 12am. Asked him to stop. He called me several names I care to not repeat, then questioned the complex I live in and said it was trash. BTW, that rent is $1200 per month and I live in a nice place so that my son can walk to college. Driver told me that he was above his cab company,and that they are horrible. Too bad he works there. I refer people to cabs every day at my job. I will take this company off of my list. He even talked badly about his customers who origionally called and told me he was on salary and din't care if they ever came out. No respect towards neighbors or even their customers.

This is the only taxi company I'd use. The cabs are always clean and the driver is nice. Most important they always show up on time unlike some other companies I've used in the past.
