Requested estimate for a fallen tree and the dollar bid was under other tree services by 60.00. They stated they could do it today. They had 35 years quoted experience. They stated that they would be out after breakfast at 11:00 both homeowners involved waited 3 hours when they finally arrived without notification to either one of the homeowners. They went into the neighbors backyard who had left to do errands. I heard the chainsaw and ran out in the backyard and stated you cannot be in that yard without the other homeowner He said well what do you want the job done or not, I was pulled from an emergency in Danville. I stated you told us you would be back after breakfast three hours ago. Very rude he made up some lie. I stated that is not my yard and you have to wait. Fortunately I called the next door homeowner and said it was ok. Then they start cutting down the tree, finished and left with saying can we come back on Monday to finish. I was just blown away. They left a mess in both yards no clean up what so ever. I just said what can I do you have no equipment and how long would that take another three hours. Now I have to take off work on Monday to accomodate. They did arrive on time on Monday and completed the job.
