DO NOT USE OR BUY!! I bought a used stove in April it was under warranty, The stove sometimes has a code F3 which makes it not heat up. I called them, they said they would be here on a Friday between 12-1, they never came, never called, I continue to call them, but they have no voicemail set up and barely answer the phones, so a week later when I finally got in touch with them concerning there no show, she said he still got your work order. Long story short, they no showed me over 3 times and they finally came and tried to fix it (which I told him that wasn't the problem and after he fix ground wire still same code, called back promised me will be back on Saturday 6/22/13, and its been over a week still no call no show and now I'm calling my big brothers LegalShield, Attorneys for less than $17 a month that protects you and the family for everyday life events, so we can live worry free, now and forever.
