while the park is fairly well maintained, I feel that the mobile they sold my elderly mother is below standards... I feel that they took advantage of her. There is no sticker on the window, which they claimed blew out in a storm, but on window has the remains of a sticker on it. We have been here for going on 3 months and we still have no title to the mobil to go get a sticker, the landlord says that they had to apply for an abandoned one, not being from this area I am not so sure that that is truth. The floor in the kitchen is caving in from the rain damage, the walls in the living room are the same way. You cannot even hammer into them because they just put patch over them. The ceilings through out are patched from rain damage. They said they did a roof over and selaed the roof, but it is now leaking into the kitchen... I would not recommend purchasing a mobil here without a full outside houseing inspection company coming in to inspect...
