        We had a mess in our basement (it seemed huge at the time) and had the good fortune to reach out to BROWN & SON SEPTIC TANK SERVICE. They weren't the first listing that we called, but as it turned out we were glad "the other guy" couldn't get to us for a week. Brown & Son promised to be out the following afternoon, which was fine, but then they called us the next morning and said they could be at our house in an hour. A quick and accurate diagnosis, a pump-out (glad it's all we needed), the hole was covered and it was DONE. No hidden costs, no surprises - and Derrick (the SON) was polite, informative, speedy and diplomatic. While I hope and pray for no more septic problems, first on my call list will be BROWN AND SON SEPTIC TANK SERVICE.

        They were very nice and fair priced. Very professional and took the time to explain the repair in depth. I would highly recommend. It's nice to see a family run business these days.

        They replaced a bad septic pump for me and pumped the overflow.

        From here on out I won't use any other company for my septic needs. Mr. Brown came out and took care of everything. Let me know the entire process from start to finish. No nonsense people and will tell you how it is. Which is comforting when dealing not only with people but a business as well. I will recommend these guys to all my friends and neighbors.

        I had the opportunity to use them to pump out my tank, I was amazed when a real human answered the phone, was prompt and courteous. They did amazing work and saved me money by not doing extra work I was afraid I needed. I will always use this company and recommend them highly.
