        Overall

        This is NOT a reputable company. We signed a contract in March, 2012, with Branch Builders to roof our home, they accepted over $8,600 from us and our insurance company and, as of JUNE, 2013, Branch Builders has not even attempted to start our job! All they have done is ask for MORE money from Farmers Insurance which has closed our claim as they feel enough money has been paid out. We have tried to work WITH this company AND the insurance company but Branch Builders no longer answers our calls or emails. They have also ignored mediation attempts from the Missouri Attorney General's office. We have asked to break the contract with them and received no answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRANCH BUILDERS of ST. LOUIS, MO!
