Bowlen's Carpentry

I bought a handyman special two-family house and the first order of concern was renovating the income apartment. I hired Bowlens Carpentry to gut and remodel the unit. I am very pleased with the result. He even found a way to make the bathroom large by going into a large walk-in closet off of the bath and turned it into a custom shower. Would have never thought of doing that. And it was just an extra closet anyway, not really used for anything so it was the ideal solution. Having a bungalow style house he vaulted the bedroom ceiling to add much needed headroom so we could add a ceiling fan. Also a great idea.



I can say with all certainty that a lot of equity was added to our home after he finished the renovation. I plan to hire Bowlen's again to do our kitchen in the unit we live in soon. I Can't wait to have that done. His tile work in excellent and after getting several quotes from others, his quote was substantially less but the quality wasn't.



Would definitely recommend to anyone.
