Blue Star Air Conditioning

Our Family had just moved into a Rental unit in New Braunfels, Texas and our Carrier Programmable Thermostat stopped working. Our Landlord has always used Blue Star and said they would be in touch.
Within 24 hours we talked to Cerise, calling to set up a time for them to come out.
The next day Jason came out as the assigned Tech. He is also the owner, he checked the unit, confirmed it needed a new Thermostat, he s
maid he would contact the owner.
Cmerise called the next day setting a time for Jason to come out and install thek1 q new unit. Jason was in and out in less than an hour, installed the new unit ,showed me how to run it and after insuring we had full knowledge, he was done and gone. It nice to know I will never have to touch my thermostat again, It is controlled by my preferences, adding this, was the best decision my Landlord has made. The first calling Blue Star, New Braunfels , Texas!!
