The service that the Roto-Rooter plumber, Ron Hughes, provided for my home on a Sunday morning (5/8/11) was exceptional!

There were two jobs that Mr. Hughes was asked to do for us. He promptly assessed both tasks, gave us the options for completing our requests and went right to work on both of them!

His professional, pleasant demeanor and efficiency were welcome to see and experience firsthand!

Needless to say, Mr. Hughes and his personal expertise would be a good solution for your plumbing issues!!!

Also, kudos to the Roto-Rooter dispatchers, who were able to promptly schedule the Sunday work late Saturday night, then keep me apprised of Mr. Hughes' pending arrival on Sunday morning!
