        Best quality ever.

        Mark - was courteous and very professional. His cost was as estimated and the fixtures were installed quickly and without complications. In fact we are currently scheduling another more major upgrade with them because we have been so pleased with their work.

        severely overcharged

        Bedder charged me 150 dollars for 180 seconds of work. They did an acceptable job but for almost a dollar a second, you can find a better deal.

        We appreciate the feedback on our service. First off we are glad to hear that the work was done properly and that your problem was fixed. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the rate that you were charged, but I can assure you that the price was quoted in writing and up front before any work was done. Also that you approved of the charges PRIOR to us doing any work. Again we are glad that the service performed was fixed properly and the price quoted was the price charged.

        I just was quoted 2 different prices to come out... Stipulations on their flat rate.. What a rip off.
