I'm in the process of buying a house and needed to get an estimate done for water issues in the basement. I set up an appointment, and after finding out I needed something sooner called to try for something sooner. I spoke with someone on the who was nice enough to give me pointers and general info by phone and said if I still wanted them to come, to let them know. I called a few days later, and asked if the appointment was still available and was told "Yes, you're still on the calendar". Two weeks later, I met my Realtor at the house and we waited for an hour but no one from Basement Waterproofing showed.

When I called the next day, the person at first claimed they didn't know I still wanted the appointment and after I reminded her I CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT, she then claimed they weren't able to help and REFUSED to reschedule. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere!! Other businesses offer a lifetime transferable warranty and are much more professional.

Not knowing where to start, I contacted several local companies, after doing my research, I went with Basement Waterprpofing,Inc. They were not the cheapest and by far not the most expensive, however, The were A+ Rated with the BBB, BW provided a warranty for my walls which was important to me. They aswered the phone when I called and returned calls promptly. Their salesman was not pushy and even proved to be knowledgeable. The office staff is first rate with efficiency. The crew doing the work was harkworking and knowledge with flexibility to my request. The service after the sale was quick, prompt and they came to my home rather than pass me off at the phone. My basement is no dry and having gone through some wet seasons, I can proudly say that I have a dry basement and as a parent have provided an atmosphere suitable to my children who play down there. I highly recommend Basement Waterproofing, Inc and trust my recommendation to anyone that I know. Thanks again for such a great customer oriented company.
