        Never had any issues with service, never needed to call customer service aside from paying my bill by phone once.

        do not go to Aspen ''UNTRUSTWORTHY '' CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD ! sad that a customer who pays good money has to be talked to like the way i was ...not happy at all with Aspen !!! do not trust them at all ..
