poor service. why can you not find a mailing address or an email for this company so you can send them something in writing?

Very disappointed. They came out to remove a bird's nest from my dryer vent and clean out the vents. My dryer dried clothes fine - even with the next - before they came out. They removed the nest and started cleaning the vents. They said there was a blockage. They never took the air flow measurement before they started as they said they would. They took it afterwards and it was 1.9! I will never know what it was before they started. My dryer does not dry clothes at all now. Left a pile of lint/dirt behind my dryer. Now they keep insisting that I told them the dryer didn't work and my vent was blocked which IS NOT TRUE. I never said any such thing! If my dryer didn't work before I would have no problem admitting to that. My dryer worked fine. They shoved the lint and blocked the vent and left telling me it was my problem. Also refused to go into the attic to look at the problem - said it was too hot. DIdn't clean chimney as planned - said they had to go.
