BE AWARE!!! This company has NOOOOO sense of customer service and literally tells lie after lie. I have NEVER encountered service this poor in my life!!! It's been 6 days and counting that I've been trying to speak to a manager and I have yet to get one phone call. The contracts are faulty and so is the staff. If you are ever approached with their services...PLEASE RUN!!! I am horrified that I ever considered this company for protection. If you should be afraid of anything, it's getting into a contract with ASG!!! I've been mistreated and lied to by SEVERAL different people on their staff including salesmen, customer service reps, and supervisors. I was told by at least 3 people someone would call me on that day we spoke and it's been 6 days and not one manager as called my phone. I repeatedly call back every morning only to be given the same run around! I am livid! SAVE YOURSELVES and DO NOT DO USE THEM AT ALL!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Wish my builder wouldn't have used this company. Can't get them here for any issues. I DO NOT recommend using this company for ANYTHING!

This company should be ashamed of itself. The rep. never explained the automatic renewel after three years and now they want me to pay for 2 more years of service. Their reps. do not know English and when you get someone who speaks English they are rude! Do not go with this company. I read other reviews on other sites and they said that they do not even monitor the service and when their equipment fails to work, the customer has to pay by the hour for them to come and fix it. If you complain enough they will offer you a settlement and more rudeness!
