I was new to the area and needing a tow, I called because of the rave reviews of this towing service. Well now I can tell you that they are all so TRUE!



Al treated me with prompt and friendly service that is so very rare these days, and I could have been more pleased. Great service. Al was at my place within 20 minutes and able to jump start my car. He even called a friend who is an audi expert to help me troubleshoot the root problem and checked the alternator for me. Super friendly service - I highly recommend!

I was stranded on the Interstate near Pewaukee and had to search for towing service in the area. I am very happy that I selected Apple. Al showed up in good time, during rush hour traffic, and was very helpful.



My car had just broken down, so I was in a terrible mood. But Al made me feel a lot better about the situation. He could not have been nicer. He also referred me to a great repair shop and followed up with a call to make sure everything went ok.



I hope I do not need towing service in the near future, but would highly recommend Apple to anyone who does. The prices are also very reasonable.

My wife and I live near Kenosha and needed to pick up some furniture before she went to work at 6pm. I ended up locking the keys in my truck (not good). The store we were at looked up towing services and said there was a place not far that had good ratings. We tried to call Apple Towing from our cell phone but the connection was bad and Al couldn't hear us. Al cared enough( He probably only heard every 3rd word) to call us back! He was there exactly when he said he would be there. He took great care not to damage the truck and he even helped me secure the chairs for my trip back to Kenosha. Al arrived at the scene in very short order. In no time at all, my car was loaded and ready to go. I was a long way from home, but the price was extremely reasonable.

I recently had my car towed in from out of town by Apple Towing and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The service was quick and professional, the price was fair, and they took great care in making sure my car was loaded, transported, and unloaded without any damage. Bottom line if you care about your car, call these guys.

I needed delivery of my 1955 Thunderbird from home to the shop for a conversion to disc brakes. I couldn't be home because of a work commitment. Knowing I'm fussy with my toy, my wife was unhappy to be left to meet and supervise the tow. The tow operator was the Apple Towing owner himself -- clean, friendly and reassuring. Al, the owner, obviously cared. He took extra time, carefully positioning the car, the truck, the connection for about 20 minutes. He was proud enough of his work to leave his business card and report a loose seat bolt under the car, which I have since replaced and tightened.

Apple Towing provided prompt, expert service recently when my car was disabled by a flat tire. The experience could not have been better.

Al came to the rescue when my 2000 BMW R1100RT would not start and the electronics were blinking like crazy. He arrived when he said that he would. The motorcycle got carried like a newborn baby in the bike support attached to his truck. The truck was in top condition, and he brought me to the BMW dealer who he knew personally. It was first class treatment all the way, and his towing fee was very reasonable.

It turned out to be my battery, which I did not know was six years old. I was back on the road pretty quickly.
