Apex Home Inspection

I called several local companies to see about having a property I was purchasing inspected. Chris was the only one who returned the call in a timely manner. He was booked solid for a week and a half and we were under a strick time issue so we thought we were not going to be able to have it completed before our window of time closed. Chris was nice enough to rearrange his schedule to accommidate us. He actually had to inspect 3 dwellings on one piece of property and he was there for 7 + hours. He was punctual, courteous, efficient, honest, and left no stone unturned. He made a point of explaining everything in depth. And promised us a written report within 5-7 days. He is not a huge corporation where your phone message gets lost with the receptionist and no one accepts responsibility for anything. He is a true honest hard working 1 man show who treats his customers with respect and at the end of the day goes home to his wife and small children. If you don't want to be treated like a number and appreciate good old fashion honesty Apex Home Inspections is awesome!
