The owner is a complete nightmare! They do NOT honor their ever so popular one year warranty. The owner will simply tell you to go !*$# yourself, and will not correct any problem warranty or not. He happily accepted our payment in FULL. Some of our work was never even completed, and for some crazy reason unknown to me he feels like he doesn't have to pay it back to the customer? HUH?!? Isn't that stealing??? He is low rate trash, he sends trash to your house to work, and he has trash sitting in the office answering your call. I'm so furious with this clown I could scream! It will make me feel a little better when I see him in court, and I will real soon. If your reading this Andy on Call I am going to do everything I can to see that you don't screw anybody else over, and the one customer you cheated out of 200.00 bucks for a planter box that you never built that's just pathetic! You couldn't even so much as get the man a planter box!?! That's like the easiest job ever, but no you steal that guys money too. What a loser.
