I would not recommend these people they left my house in worse shape than when they started.

This is the short side of a very long nightmare!!!!!!



Alex and Noe show up to do the quote. Alex told us his crew would do the job half down the other half would be paid when the job



was finished the job would take two days. Day one Alex said his crew would be there at 9:30 they showed up at 11:30 with no



tools and very little material. At the end of the day they said they would be back at 7:30 am Tuesday day two they showed up at



9:30 finally with material and tools, after they leave we find out we have to break into our bedroom because the door wont open



so we knock the door of the hinges. Wednesday day three they did not come because it was raining in Pasadena our house is in



Splendora not raining here. Thursday day four they arrived at 8:30 not bad water pipe gets broke but they fix it . The two back



doors are so far off they will not stay closed and we can't lock them have to brace them closed . Friday day five they show up



at 8:30 another water line gets broke so they have to stop and fix that Alex shows up for the first time since they started.



Why do you ask, because he needs another $1000 so he can pay his crew, this job cost him more than he though it would and he



couldn't pay them for the week. We give him the $1000, they said they would be back tomorrow. Saturday day six 11:00 the crew



shows up to work on the house. Noe shows up shortly after and wants to know why the job is taking so long. Turns out Alex is



not the owner Noe is. Noe looks at the work that crew did and talks about how bad of a job they did. Noe said he was going to



fire Alex and Alex's crew and finish the job with his crew even though they was only $1050 left on the balance due. He was going



to honor the contract and save his good name. We agreed he would come out Tuesday and finish the job they would be there at



7:30. In the mean time Monday we get home from work to discover another broken water line from the stress of the house and



have to fix that, while under the house fixing the broken pipe we discover they have torn our sewer pipe away from the toilet



and sewer is every where so now we have to fix that. We know they knew about it because there were towels they had put down to



stay out of it. Tuesday day???? Noe and his crew are here at 7:00, I thought great this nightmare is almost over. Wrong!!!!! All



they did was bring out a tape measure and do some measuring. Then Noe left to go to Home Depot for material while his crew stood



in the sun the whole time he was gone. It was cold. In the mean time two of Alex's crew showed up to work on the house so Noe's



crew called Noe and he told me to tell Alex's crew to get there tools and leave. Not long after Noe got back he called me



outside and began show me things wrong he said he didn't know about and he told me that I needed to have Alex make things right



and Noe left the house the same way he found it. We have made several attempts to contact Alex when he answers the phone he says



he will come out and then doesn't show. Although we do have new wood under the house it is nowhere near level and the doors do



not close.
