Our crews can competently replace most types of fascias, eave boards, rooftop siding & chimney siding. We know how to cut back the affected roof membrane areas with minimal damage. We fetch the correct sizes of wood & have discontinued sizes custom milled. All fascia boards are properly mitred & properly joined together (we don't do sloppy end cuts that easily separate!). Other types of wood replacement areas are fastened into place using the correct types of fasteners. Most of the time we like to screw things together so they are more solid. Also, prior to installing visible wood areas, we prime & paint it (so you don't have to!). Once everything is solid, we reinstall the roofing membrane (using new materials, as needed) making sure it is attached well to help prevent any wind uplift problems. All tie-in areas are fully sealed & we make sure our materials are water-tight.
