Lost our reservation and told six lady's that there was nothing they could do that one of our reservations was lost and we were one bed short and here we are in a strange city late at night not to mention one of the lady's with us is pregnant had been driving for 3 1/2 hours and all the guy kept saying over and over was sorry what's sorry going to do when your tired and sleepy and they messed up your reservation and basically called me a lier cause he didn't know how to use there computers either don't stay here they'll mess it up and blame you for there mistakes!!!!!!
Never would guess this was in Birmingham, Alabama! Sooo cool. Really cool bar right in the lobby. Made to look like a NY loft type of building..totally cool!
