        The facility was constructed in 2000 and operated under ownership of Carolina Storage. Alliance Property Management LLC acquired the property in January, 2003. Alliance Property Management LLC is owned and operated by Rick Blanton. Rick is a native of Franklin and graduated from Franklin High School. He received his BSBA in management from Western Carolina University. In addition to owning the storage facility, Rick has been an insurance agent in Franklin for 35 years. Our pledge is to provide friendly and honest service. We realize you have a large selection of storage unit firms to choose from, but hope you will give us serious consideration. We have a paved, well lighted facility with easy access off US 64 W. Low rates with no long term contract!
