I had my Tacoma in for service. I have had nothing but great service from allen Tire. The counter person, Steve was very helpful and explained everything, so I understood. I will be back. A trusted company. Thanks again. Allen Tire!!!!!!

Allen Tire is run by thieving mechanics. They wanted me to pay them $600 for unecessary repairs in order to pass my inspection. I took my car elsewhere and they said nothing was wrong with my car and that Allen Tire was scamming me. Save your time and money by avoiding this place at all costs.

Took car for car inspection because of vicinity to house. They refused to pass car because of tires 3 times. Having swore not buy Goodyear tires ever again years ago for terrible service, I simply refused to buy tires from them twice. I purchase new tires elsewhere and came back. The third time I refused, they told me they could not help me, and don't come back. Immediately went to another inspection shop 1.5 miles away. The new shop said that they were just trying to sell tires and passed me. Goodyear and their Service Centers again wins my award for terrible customer service.
