All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning

Called them, told them we lived in Hazel Green. They could not find our house. Finally after giving directions again they guy put 2 pounds of Freon in the AC attached a cylinder on the unit and called it good at 150.00. Had to call the boss/owner back out still not cooling and running all the time. 4 days later he adds more Freon and calls it good. 30 days later my electric bill it 579.00. Try to call them back 2 time and they fail to return our call!! They did not check the unit like they should have. We are now waiting on another professional that is recommended by a co-worker of mine. This is very unprofessional. The receptionist stated that she would have him call asap he never did. It's been 5 days now. Do not recommend them at all. Don't waste your time with these guys. He could have at least called us back.

We finally had another Professional come out and to the tune of 215.00 more dollars All Pro cost me 1082.00 unnecessary dollars. Don't take a chance on this company. They are horrible.
