All Action Towing

This towing company was called through my roadside assistance. I waited for the guy to come for an hour. I called roadside assistance to see when the ETA was and they called the towing company who said they would be there within 5 minutes. Another hour passed and I called roadside assistance again. This time, they conferenced me in with the tow company. The guy from Action Towing said he'd be there in five minutes. I told him that's what was told to me last time and that I've taken off 2 hours of work at that point waiting for him to come. He responded with "f*ck you, you f*cking c*nt" and hung up on me. Needless to say, he never came and I will never be calling Action Towing for help again and neither should anyone reading this message.
