Air Master

I called this company and they gave me an appointment of 10a-12p. In the meantime other companies called to give me an appointment. I declined those other appointments. At approximately 11am, I called them to confirm my appointment and that's when they told me that 1 tech had gone home sick and another tech wasn't available. I was offered no recourse for this action nor, did they apologize for any inconvenience. The worst part of it all was that, I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE COMING OUT THAT DAY! Let your fingers walk on past these guys!!
