Mason arrived and went to work in a flash. He is so organized that he has a workshop on a small cart. He had good notes about what I had said about our 1974 heavy old sliding glass doors on the oceanfront. Together he and Michael worked magic. We were fascinated to watch. He rebuilt our slider bottoms, because they are so old there are no new rollers that would fit. He pulled up one old track and replaced it with new stainless steel. We are happy with the results and the huge expense we avoided for new doors. He and Mike were the best in all respects! Superbly courteous and respectful.

Mason replaced the bearings and housings for both sliders with ones more suitable for the heavy weight of the doors. He also corrected some bends in the lower tracks (without having to completely replace the track), corrected a slight sag in the upper track, and adjusted the alignment of the doors. Interestingly, the frame of the door had bent a bit over time with all the pulling back and forth, resulting in a small gap at both the top and bottom of the doors meeting, despite them being closed as far as possible...he was able to correct that as well.



The doors now close completely, the noise and air seal is great, and the doors slide SOOO easily. Plus they were in and out within 1 hour.

Mason and Mike did a fantastic job fixing our sliding door and were done in less than 45 minutes! We are extremely happy with their professionalism and the price to repair the door.
